How it all started
Hi! I'm Edwige. A French-American with a love for the word "serendipity." And with serendipity, the idea was born.
Have you noticed that in life things unfold when you let go? The idea of creating this letter came to me when I was on a trip to Cyprus. I don't know if it was the change of scenery, the tenderness of the people I met, or simply the fact that I didn't need to think about everything back home, but I stumbled upon a snail mail post on Instagram, and I "instantly" knew that this is what I would create. I guess that “Instagram” stands for “Instant.” So it did its job well.
But why so sudden? Because a pen pal letter, in the way that I am bringing it to the world, is everything that I love. It encompasses what I stand for. Simplicity. Slowness. Connection. It's everything me.
Before I endeavored in the world of holistic health, I was a professional photographer for 12 years. I have a passion for everything beautiful, watercolor, drawing, light. Art was the missing thread in my current work.
Imagine my excitement at the idea of combining my love and studies for nervous system regulation and Bach Flowers with art! It was just perfect. And the best part? I would not be touching just a few lives a month, but many, across the globe.
So just like that, La Lettre d'Edwige was born. In one instant. Without doubt. It was simply meant to be.
