Together we meet 12 times. The timing is up to you. Whether it’s every week, every 2 weeks, every 3 weeks or every month, we do what works for YOU.
Each meeting has a base theme; a structure if you will. It’s our guidance to get you back on your feet. It is organized to build your nervous system, in order, with the right steps first, so you do not become overwhelmed.
We start slow and build up. We are doing a marathon, not a race.
Throughout each session I monitor you and guide you with exercises that you will do at home. Each exercise is tailored to you; you have to like doing them.
Yes, there is daily work. Daily tracking. Habits to take. Habits to break.
It takes years to dysregulate, it will take work to regulate.
After the 12-S.T.E.P. program, you will have gained confidence, strength, and reconnection to your body, mind and soul.
Regulation is a life-long love affair. My goal with this program is that regulation will become so natural to you that you won’t have to make it a chore. We will find the right tools that you actually love doing and that work best for you.
My goal is for you to feel empowered to face any difficulty that life brings, without the fear to plunge back in the abyss. Because you will be stronger, because you will know how to listen to your body’s cues, because you will know exactly what do do and when.
